Contemporary Ballet

Contemporary ballet meshes classical ballet technique with the principles learned in the BD Technique classes. Incorporating the concepts of momentum, movement efficiency and expansive moving, this class will challenge the dancer to apply his or her kinesthetic awareness and gained knowledge within the structure of a ballet-based vocabulary.
